Our cottage is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the beauty of a Lakeland hill farm. The cottage has everything you need for a week away in the Lakes, there is parking right outside the cottage itself and a private garden area to enjoy the peaceful Lakeland scenery. There are a multitude of walks straight from The Cottage’s doorstep, from a potter around Derwentwater to tackling some of the Wainwrights!
Please note the cottage is on a working farm yard, whilst we try to keep noise to a minimum and keep the yard tidy, please respect the fact that our farm animals will be in and around the yard during your stay. The cottage is not dog friendly, if you are looking for a dog friendly stay please check out our woodland glamping pods 🙂
