Camping at Hollows Farm
With two fields available, the campsites at Hollows Farm are in a superb location for those who enjoy an active holiday and the great outdoors.
Hollows Farm has a choice of 2 camping fields nestling under the fastness of Maiden Moor surrounding Castle Crag and sheltered by woods. Children can explore the woods full of exciting moss-covered boulders - great for hide and seek!
The Woodland Field at Hollows Farm
The Woodland Field is the main campsite at Hollows Farm and is set in an idyllic woodland location next to the River Derwent.
The Woodland Field is to the right of the lane and has a toilet block with WC and washing up sinks (cold water only). It's a short walk (400yds) to the farm where hot showers are available.
The Open Field at Hollows Farm
The Open Field can be used for small camper vans. It is also ideal for Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. A superb place to base yourself whilst you enjoy the "Great Outdoors".
Both fields drain well after rain.
